Hand-Forged Dice: I do not offer a return on my dice. Due to the handmade nature of my dice some may come with slight imperfections which are always stated in the description before purchase. However, If you notice an abnormal issue with your dice, please reach out via our contact page here.
Cosmetic Returns: I do not offer returns or exchanges on cosmetic beauty products. This includes soap bars, custom soap loafs, perfume and all other beauty supplies. Always read the ingredients of a product before purchasing and patch test before using. Discontinue if any irritation or allergic reaction occurs.
Candle Returns: My hope is that you will fall in love with the scent right out of the box, but this doesn't always happen. To help with this, I currently offer exchanges of unburned and fully intact candles! Please send me an email through my contact page here, with the order number, preferred replacement(s) and the reason for the exchange. Be prepared to take photos of the candle before shipment and to pay for any shipping fees. I'll happily exchange the scent for you! I do not offer exchanges for wax melts. If the product arrives damaged I cannot process a replacement.
For damaged candles upon arrival of your package, please email me here with photos of the damage within 48 hours of receiving the product as well as the order number and any details that will assist me in filing an investigation with the shipping provider. Occasionally USPS will request proof of damage, please be prepared to drop off the damaged package at your local post office.
For defective candles please go to the FAQ page by clicking here! Traverse the "Troubleshooting" section to see if you can find a solution to your problem. Most issues can be resolved by trimming a wick correctly. If you cannot find a solution there, please email me here with your order number, description of the issue and include photos and/or videos of the issue your experiencing.
Order Cancelations: If you wish you cancel your order please email me here with your order number and reason for cancelation before the product is shipped. Otherwise a refund will not be issued as I cannot request the package back from my shipping provider. Please keep in mind the time it takes to receive a refund is dependent on your bank.
